Q. What’s a Food Run?

A. Order from your local restaurant for pick up, then book our service and we’ll bring it right to your door

Q. Can I order from anywhere?

A. Yes, you can order from anywhere where you are able to pre-pay for pickup.

Q. What if I want something outside my zip code?

A. Unfortunately at the moment we only serve 10467, we are growing slow, but strong

Deli Run

Q. What’s a Deli Run?

A. Send us your snack, beer or short deli list and we’ll bring it right to your door.

Q. How does a deli-run work?

A. We have a $50.00 spending limit for this service, over $50.00 will result in a request to pay an additional $5.00 - $12.00

Q. How do I pay for my deli-run?

A. You first pay for the service. Send us your list through WhatsApp and wait for your runner to send you your total, be prepared to send total via Zelle, PayPal or CashApp. When delivered you will be given your receipt by the runner

Q. What if I need to forgot to add something to my order and need to order again, do I get charged again?

A. Yes, our runners work efficiently to delivery in a timely matter, another run requires payment

Market Run

Q. What’s a Market Run?

A. A market run is a serious run, selected for runs to Supermarkets, Costco, BJ’s etc.

Q. How do I give my order to you guys?

A. Send us a message on WhatsApp with your shopping list after placing your order, we will determine the cost of the run based on your needs. In addition, we can schedule a 2 hour delivery time frame within the same day of your order.

Q. How do I pay for my market-run?

A. You first pay for the service. Send us your list through WhatsApp and wait for your runner to send you your total, be prepared to send total via Zelle, PayPal or CashApp. When delivered you will be given your receipt by the runner

Q. What if I need to forgot to add something to my order and need to order again, do I get charged again?

A. Yes, our runners work efficiently to delivery in a timely matter, another run requires payment

Q. Will I have to pay more after the initial payment?

A. This depends on the needs that you might have. After selecting this service, you need to contact us via WhatsApp with your request to the location along with your shopping list, we will then shortly review your request, accept it and send you a payment request in order to confirm delivery, if needed. If no additional payment is required then follow #3 above.
